Who can join
Ladies, if you are looking for a fun and motivating way to get and stay fit, if you are a non-runner, complete beginner, or casual recreational runner looking for a relaxed, fun, and easy way to exercise, this group is for you.

How it works
Every week we host a small-group running session led by a qualified Personal Trainer and running coach. Here you will receive personal attention and guidance to help you reach your goals. These sessions last approximately 1.5 hours and include a total body workout.
During the week, stay in touch with your coach and other members in our private online community. Here you can ask questions, stay up to date with sessions you missed, and schedule runs with other ladies in the group.
When and where
Join us every Thursday evening at our warm and cozy training headquarters, De Hardloopwinkel, Olympisch Stadion 3 Amsterdam. Here, you will quickly feel at home. Our run sessions start promptly at 19:15 but you’re welcome to arrive a bit early to change, shop, or chat with other members.
NEW: From March to June & September to November, we will host an extra running session on Tuesday evenings at 19:30. Sessions will last about 50 minutes to 1 hour and will include an easy run of 30 to 40 minutes, plus stretching or strength exercises. Meet in front of the Vondeltuin cafe & kids play area in the Vondelpark. Check with us for meet up location as it may vary. Look for Laurie or Kerri when you arrive, or RSVP to email@example.com if you’re joining for the first time.
